How to Fry Grillies

 

Fry it up

Step 1: Slice your block of Grillies Halloumi cheese into 8 1oz slices, about 1/2” thick

Step 2: Pour oil into hot frying pan if it’s necessary

Step 3: Place all of the cheese slices into the frying pan using tongs, careful of the hot oil

Step 4: Move the slices around the pan occasionally to make sure they cook evenly

Step 5: Flip them over using a spatula or tongs once the bottom is golden brown, about 3 minutes

Step 6: When evenly cooked on both sides, plate them and serve hot
